Vibrant Particles

Hots Radio, part of the Arteleku Audiolab in San Sebastian, publishes every month a new podcast. Vibrant Particles was on January 2011. The piece is the result of some improvisation sessions with Yves De Mey. Being invited to do a performance for an exhibition opening one year earlier we locked ourselves up in the studio and started improvising with both our own musical language. Yves used his modular analog synthesizer rig and i used a combination of processed and non-processed field recordings and a series of EM-recordings. For this podcast we present our very first recording, a session that gave us a taste to put our musical minds together more often.
